Dana Cohen Mayer ‘05 is the Corporate Marketing Chef for Unilever Food Solutions.  Since 2018, she has been leading training, playing an integral role in product development, and supporting chefs with their menus through products, trends, digital content, and more.  She has been a presenter at events all over the world.  Dana was a finalist on Seasons 10 and 17 of Hell's Kitchen, where she gained the hard-earned respect of acclaimed Chef Gordon Ramsay and was dubbed the "Scallop Queen" for her seafood mastery. Dana was also a fierce competitor on Food Network's Chopped. Dana graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2005 and has a passion for sharing her love of food and cooking with chefs and home cooks around the world. Her most notable student is former NY Giants Quarterback Eli Manning.  In her spare time, Dana is a Kickboxing Instructor, Certified Fitness Nutrition Coach, tennis player, and mom.
